        Athearn Metal Coupler Covers.

        They work. They are fairly easy to use. They fall apart a lot. They are often the weak link in the Blue Box/Kadee HO knuckle Coupler system. If you have a layout that uses this system. A dozen or more of these on hand is a necessity. I’ve seen better methids used but this somewhat weak Athearn method do tend to prevent the coupler from damage often as not.lerif it does result in th the loss of thecoupler often as not

        Have ordered 5 packs of these now.

        Have gone through 5 packs so far and have 2 more on order. I am redoing all my fleet with new kadee couplers and on the Athern cars a lot of the coupler covers are missing or lose so these are a very necessary idem to keep in stock in the rail shops.
