Upon arrival I noticed the envelope it came in was rather small, so I checked the listing again. It should be 285mm x 168mm but it was half the length, plus it has a crease right across the middle. After speaking with someone in the company, they made good on it. Overall, it’s a great product for cigar enthusiasts!!!
