Unfortunately due to the handling process and the cold .. a couple snails had a broken shell but this is not the sellers fault. The other snails came out their shells within 10 minutes and were active and very happy/healthy. Seller kept a clear and open communication and was very friendly. Which was smashed flat by the weight of the mail laying on top of it. Live plants of any kind should be required to ship in a sturdy box to protect it from being smashed flat by the weight of the mail laying pressing down on it. I did contact the seller about this and explained this to them but I got the feeling I was ignored or trying to rip them off.
