    The hat arrived with the front crushed. The box itself was perfectly fine but inside the hat was squished into the box and the top front of the hat is severely dented and can not be fixed. I did contact the seller and provided pictures. The seller replied with “use your hands to fix”. Anyone who wears hats knows that it is near impossible to fix a dent / crushed front hat area. I ordered it as a gift for someone and obviously can not gift a ruined hat. Very disappointed.
