    new vs old grill for Coleman "Road Trek" portable grill

    I set my old aluminum grill one fire due to grease...no grease trap & multiple users lead to this accident. I closed the lid & the fire went out. the grill had a hole burned thru it. the new grill is cast iron, so it is NOT lite weight..the goal of the portable grill. I'm sure there have been multiple fires which lead to the material change.

    Great generic replacement

    I went through two sets of the enamel coated OEM grates as the enamel would start to peel away and get on the food. These are a good alternative as they are NOT coated. They may rust if left too long but, that cleans up easily
