Communication with seller was excellent. Listing as "Milspec" had me thinking it would be made in USA, but is actually Chinese-made, according the wordage on the cord. Nevertheless, it appears to be of very good quality and am very please with quality and value and recommend this seller. A+!

Item's appearance matched posted photos. Item's value feels sufficient and everything works. My only complaint is that padding was pretty scant, allowing the item to freely shift in the box. Yes, it was in its own padded case, but shippers tend to abuse the things they ship. Better padding would be a plus.

"Open box" items should be unused, like new. Also, the packaging was not sufficiently careful. There was very little padding, and the case (which appeared fine in the listing photos) arrived cracked in half. Again, the item is OK, but the description was not really accurate, and the packaging was not good enough. I contacted the seller but they were not helpful.
