Why would I open the case i contacted them 2 weeks before opening a case to give them time to sort this out shouldn’t have bothered! Then messing around with postage labels and tried having me off sending a years old shipping label. Refused to send appropriate 10kg returns label as parcel shop “Will accept it” but they won’t. So eBay needed to step in and refund me.
