      Unless you are skilled, it is noteasy for the average person .

      I had problems.... No instructions were provided. I when on-line and found a manual that allowed me to understand which wires connected to the three wires in the old wiring connector. I used a volt meter to measure the the voltages in the original harness to find what; What was 12VDV all the time. Switch 12VDC when radio was turned on. Which was ground. I had a lot of problem getting this new antenna cable to connect to the original cable in the trunk. Also understanding which hardware was needed to mount the Antenna at the correct angle on the fender. I have a noise in the AM Band...

      better instrtuctions would help

      Could use better installation instructions. Car had 6 wires for stock anttena, unit came with red, green and black for ground. Had a faulty crimp inside the antenna shaft. Had to disasemble to find the problem and fix it. Got a $10 refund for my trouble. But works fine now.

      Company very nice, products seem to be faulty

      Company very kindly and cheerfully replaced faulty antenna ... with second faulty antenna. And then very kindly accepted the second one back. But it cost a lot in shop time to replace the original antenna, ship the faulty one back, replace the faulty one, then put in the replacement antenna, then remove and replace the faulty second one with a temporary antenna - altogether pretty costly, even with the cheerful service.

      This is an excellent replacement fits great with just a miner hole alighment other than that works as it should. For those people who leave a bad review are the people that are not technically inclined and have no idea what their doing. This is a great Antena
