The photo showed feathers that appeared to be that size. I received 21 feathers—more than offered—but the longest was 7” straightened and stretched out, and the feathers were very thin and pitiful. They looked more like seaweed than feathers. These are NOT something that I’d use on a high quality handmade hat.
