    Greet product, good price, but poor shipping :( I requested to ship ASAP but no effort was made to expedite the process. Item arrived at the end of the expected shipping window.

    The item was dropped off, but unfortunately it seemed to have been lost in the system, because it wasn't scanned in at all until it arrived in the destination state. We can't control the post office and especially during the holiday season. Crazy thing is we kept in contact with the buyer, profusely apologized on behalf of the post office, and everything seemed fine. I don't know why people act like they understand that in email and then leave feedback attacking a small family owned business.
