      Tried & True!

      I tried SEVERAL products, unsuccessfully, before trying Kirkland's Glucosamine/Chondroitin. I love this product, and take it religiously every day. As an avid runner and fitness buff, it has helped my 44 year old stiffness and general aches & pains immensely; yet is easy on my sensitive stomach unlike many I had tried previously. This is my "go to" product, and I have recommended it to many friends and family members with great success as well.

      good for injured knee

      Long ago I injured my knee while skiing, and the trauma to the joint caused arthritis to develop. For a long time my knee couldn't bend enough for me to squat, so when I needed to pick up heavy items I could not bend my knees to lift the items properly, or to reach beneath low areas to clean, etc... After using this regularly for a while, and flexing my knees, I felt a huge difference, and my knee feels almost normal again. I've tried several glucosamine products, but only the ones with chondroitin sulfate have worked for me. Then recently I injured my other knee... :-( Will work on that one too....

      Best there is

      I sure can tell a difference with taking these. I went through one bottle and ran out. My knee started hurting with in a week. I've tried other brands but none Helped . I just bought two bottles. I don't want to go through that again. You can't go wrong with these.

      I Believe

      There is disagreement whether glucosamine/chondroitin actually help joints. I believe they do. I have used the Kirkland product for two decades or more, and am a runner. I truly believe that this product has helped me keep knee pain to a minimum over the period that I have used it.
