    Never received item, seller did refund me, but not happy that seller said he uses royal mail on listing to post items out with but he did not and use evri , I don't buy from anyone that posts items out with evri as there so bad as items get lost or never turn up, or delivered to wrong address, you should change your listing so it says what company you post your items out with or give a option to a pick delivery company,

    The coat is value for money and will be good on cold days. However, you should not use Hermes/Evri as they are dreadful at following delivery instructions. My parcel was left at the end of my driveway, a long way from my front door and my parcel delivery box - far enough away for me not to notice that it had been delivered. Lucky it wasn't stolen. This is a regular occurrence with this particular courier. Takes away the pleasure of receiving an order. The picture is too dark to see detail.
