    Shipped promptly, but "like new" book had lots of writing & highlighting on pages. Worse, this "honest person" insisted issue was MY FAULT for not asking if book is really "like new" (which is how he promoted it!) before buying, and said "I’m not going to refund the shipping" and "buyer is taking advantage of the eBay policy." Luckily eBay guarantee = 100% credit for the NOT-like-new item.Sellers, take note! Per eBay "Like new" = "no underlining/highlighting of text or writing in the margins."
