- r***0 (1299)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseOverall this is a nice kit for the price. Shipping was very quick. Sound is better than expected once you get it going. The schematic, however, is incorrectly drawn. The bridge rectifier is not placed correctly on the drawing, for example. So, aside from the poor/nonexistant instructions, you should be good to go if you have some average electronics skills.

To have s smooth process in assembling this amplifier you need to have a multimeter or a good grasp of resistor color coding. The resistor values are not the universal standard. It has 4 bands instead of 3. For example, you don't see a 3.3K or 220 ohms but 3k or 200 ohms. As far as the hard wiring is concerned it will be a challenge since there is no step by step instructions. Just watch videos in Youtube.

Nice looking also. Amp was double boxed, well packed and shipped quickly. Answered my questions and kept me updated on shipping status. Highly recommend seller. The only thing I would recommend is that the the literature that comes with the amp also be available in English. Everything was in Chinese. Thanks for offering a great tube amp at a reasonable price. ๐
