"Nothing" I use mine to hook to another TV stand of an open entertainment center. It holds extremely sturdy. These studs are metal on the open entertainment center. I'm using wing bolt nuts, and it is extremely sturdy. Very secure. I recommend this type of flat TV screen mount.
