I love these HoB Overflows, easy to set up and get started, stick a piece of airline in the U-Tube and suck the air out to get the siphon started, make sure there is water on both sides of tube.

(we pay for the shipping) Have a great day..." Personally feel like more could have been done to rectify this better. Like shipping out a new one while I shipped the old one back.
