    Seller said there was a defect, refunded the money and sent the item anyway! There aren't many like this one anymore. I'm tired of people who just don't care and this guy is just the opposite! I usually don't leave feedback anymore but here is the proof there are still honest and good people out there. Now I have to figure out how to get him paid. Item was usable and ok.

    Nice heat

    I have used these and liked them very much. They keep heat on the area for a good amount of time. Can be a little tricky trying to put them on yourself especially in the back area. Also don't put one on the area after you have taken a shower or bath. I have found the area really gets hot and can get uncomfortable from the patch.

    RELIEF FOR ACHES AND PAINS

    An MRI of my right knee revealed a small fracture of the kneecap. I live in a tri-level home, which means a lot of walking on stairs several times each day. Since using these ICY/HOT PATCHES, my knee is much better. I change it off three times each day. I can almost hear my kneecap sighing in relief when I put a new patch on. I highly recommend these patches. I bought several more boxes after discovering how much relief these patches give my knee. I am replacing it for the night now... it is 2:20am -30-

    i love Icy Hot

    Icy Hot is wonderful. I hate to be without it. I use on my thigh which have nerve pains, severely, and the skin is almost untouchable, but using the patches help tremendously enabling me to wear clothes and even go to work and church. I absolutely love Icy Hot anything
