They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer. I was overall pleased with my purchase and my granddaughter was thrilled to get it.

Not what is pictured. Description written vaguely enough to allow seller to avoid responsibility for misrepresenting what they are selling. Lesson learned. Would not buy from this seller again.

I had to wait several days for the item to be shipped, so I don't know why the cancellation was not allowed. I tried to return the item, but the return shipping charge was half the price of the item. Item had darker area and scratches from where a sticker was obviously scrapped off. Seller sent return label outside of eBay.
