Charged alot for me to now have to take it to a place to get a custom back made- how is the frame supposed to hold a mirror or picture. Reached out and communicated this to no avail. Unreasonable and deceptive. Not cool at holiday time. There was no intentional deception as I truly felt the photos depicted the product received. The photos that I assume you misperceived as a back on the frame is the table cloth that greatly exceeds the perimeter of the frame on all sides. In hindsight, I wish I had included the fact that there was no back (as depicted in the photos) in the description. For that, I am truly sorry.
