IT CAME FULL OF URINE STAINS AND STINK , SMELLS LIKE ANIMALS WERE USING IT AS A POTTY PAD...FULL OF STRONG URINE ODOR AND IT S PICTURED WITH TAGS ON BACK SIDE...THERE ARE NO TAGS ON IT AT ALL! I GOT SCAMMED,! THIS PERSON IS USED EBAY TO SELL THEIR URINE SATURATED RUG BY CLAIMING IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND CLAIMING IT WAS JUST PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED.

    Buyer is impossible to satisfy. Multiple offers to resolve concerns. Those were ignored and attacked me instead. 1) Cleaned by reputable concern who handles oriental/persian rugs. They did not report any problems with cleaning/deodorizing & clearly not the colorful description here. 2) Missing Label -Rug cleaner noted their high pressure system routinely loosens the labels as they are glued to backing. I have sent label and picture to Pottery Barn for validation of item. Supplied invoice.
