    Turns out, if authentic, damage was covered up with a substance that has worn off onto the bag exterior and onto my clothing. Authentic does not have black goop on one side of the handles. It appears maybe covering up damage. Returning for refund and I lost a beautiful blouse. Not a good way to do business on a bag costing over $2,000. Seller should be banned.
