    I ordered this stuffed penquin that was advertised at 36 inches or larger and when I received it was less than 24 inches. I contacted seller and was told to return at my own expense and they would refund. I didn't feel it should cost me anything since they advertised it wrong and have requested at least 6 times to be provided a paid return receipt and have been ignored. Don't buy from this person unless you don't care what it cost or whats she decides to send because they will not make it right.
