    If you like Tom Hanks, you will probably like this movie. It is a B-grade romantic outing revolving young love and war made more complicated by religion. Cristina Marsillach (Hank's love interest) is stunningly lovely. But the plot doesn't develop the characters of the players as well is it should. It spreads its wings but never quite gets off the ground.
