Wheel sets too far to the right so the chain is stressing out the sprockets. Wish it came with a little spacer for the rear wheel and frame mount section to aid that far right movement it’s doing lol. And the chain tensioner bolts are the same size, it’s a 14mm. And a regular sized 14mm box end wrench doesn’t fit to tighten or loosen. It needs more like a 12mm and 10mm or 12mm and 13mm so a wrench can move. Ifykyk kinda thing.

I had an issue with the unit, I contacted them and was asked to send photos which I immediately sent. Zero response after that. I'll give them 3 stars, 1 for being timely, 2 for answering the phone and 3 because after fiddling with the carburetor it actually worked as good as a $30 carburetor works. Poor customer service but you get what you pay for.
