I notified the seller the 3 days after the estimated arrival date that my package was still "in transit" and was willing to wait a little longer. Seller offered a replacement or a refund if it didn't arrive by that time. A week and a half later I asked for a refund and received it same day. Even though I didn't receive my package, I still had a positive experience.
