      Great product.

      I love these pills. I am diabetic and I have nerves pain and used to have leg cramps all the time but since I am taking Magnesium Chloride cramps are gone and the nerve pain is not strong any more I am getting rid of that. It also very good for the muscles. I work on my feet for 8 hours and at the end of my shift, my legs muscles used to hurt, not anymore. I am so glad that a friend recommend me this product. It is fabulous!

      Best low dose magnesium supplement

      Mag64 is the only magnesium my system will tolerate. I take 3 a day, not the mega dose sometimes recommended by other brands. But it is enough to make a big difference in my sleep and my electrolyte levels. I also use magnesium lotion and oil.

      Sure cure for restless leg syndrome

      If you've ever had that feeling where ten thousand skitters were riggling under your skin, that nervous feeling where you just have to get up and run around or you'll go insane, or while trying to sleep your legs kick hard enough to smash concrete blocks, take two mag64 tabs a half hour before bedtime and in a week your problem will be solved. It works for me.
