Note that the single-piece 1-ounce rate for large envelopes (flats) is $0.80. The maximum size for large envelopes is 15" x 12" x 3/4" thick. ---This mailing was done correct however it's not the customers fault that a USPS employee wanted to charge for this as if it were a package when according to spec, they shouldn't have. We are sorry this happened.
