    Healthy Choice for Aches and Pains

    We have been using Udo's Oil for about 6 months as it was recommended to be used as a supplement to help in our normal aches and pains caused by inflammation of our joints from an active lifestyle. Although I have used it on salads with a dressing, more often we use a half teaspoon daily with some ground turmeric in almond milk; research "golden milk". It has a pleasant taste, not over powering, so it can be added to food items right from the bottle. Important, the manufacturer say not to cook with this product as it is not a cooking oil. Just wanted to throw that out there. Also, it needs refrigeration and is time sensitive. Would I recommend this item for those who have slight inflammation from normal chores around the house, working in the garden, or, in our case, remodeling a ...
