    Incorrect. Item pictured was sent. I replied immediately to buyer though traveling, double-checking I didn't err. Also immediately called ebay from road; ebay asked for pics. I shared this w/buyer who took 1.5 wks to reply w/a refund request & photo. As item pictured was sent I called ebay again to guide; ebay saiid buyer should call them. I rellayed this & even looked up ebay no. for buyer. I did all I could to help but item was sent in pictured condition and I'm unable to do much more.

    Headset with Mic gives new life to aging PC during Pandemic

    Performs in the call center

    Great headset for the price. Good sound quality. I like the hybrid USB/audio jack capability. I work in a call center, so a key concern for me is comfort for long periods. On that measure, the headset is decent. It could be better, but with a break between calls every couple of hours, I don't mind it.
