    Quality product, easily installed, shipping was right on time.

    I had problems being able to shift into low range on my side by side. If I adjusted the shift linkage to be able to shift into low range I could no longer shift into Reverse. Replacing the shift lever assembly totally fixed the problem. It was pretty easy to remove the old one (4 Bolts) and replace it with the new unit. It was even properly adjusted right out of the box which seems highly unusual.

    Can't adjust properly

    can not adjust properly. If you get it adjusted for reverse, it will not go into forward low. If adjusted for forward low, it will not go in reverse.
