I was offered other choices, but they weren’t exactly what I wanted. I requested to cancel the order, which was done immediately, and a refund was made the same day. Even though I didn’t get the items I ordered, I was very pleased with the seller communication and the efforts to make things right. I ended up ordering something else from the company at a later date.
