    There is miscommunication between us. The buyer never contact me, instead open the claim. So I refund him right away. I chose not to resend the seed because the eBay will automatically refund the buyer at the end once the claim is opened. I always ship out the seeds next day after customers place the orders. But sometimes the mails just got lost. So the buyer agree to move this negative review for me. Unfortunately it is too late. It is more than 30 days.
