    Due to no fault of the seller at all, the item was received damaged. The damage happens sometimes during the UPS shipping. I contacted the seller as soon as I realize the product was damaged and he resolved the matter and issued a refund promptly. Would definitely do business with the seller again, not so sure about using UPS again.
