    Sounds like a truck now!

    Sounds awesome, but not too loud especially while cruising. It may be too quiet for some because you don't hear it much while at speed on the freeway which is how I want it anyway. Sounds real nice on start up and accelerating from stop lights. Just push a little harder on the pedal and it wakes up or you can go easy and just growl quietly away. Super easy to install. Make sure you have a new sawzall blade made for cutting stainless steel and your job will be much easier. They give you enough length to cut the flapper valve off if you cut closer to the rear of the muffler than the instructions state.I looked at that flapper and saw how much of a blockage it was and cut it out immediately.

    Apollo GT muffler

    This was a quick and easy muffler replacement for my 2021 Silverado. I had the stock muffler cut off and this system installed on my truck in less than 30 minutes. Adds a nice throaty sound with no cab drone at cruising speeds, but it sounds even better now that I covered the 6 mesh resonator screens on the back of stock exhaust pipe system.
