Was cleanly and professionally packed and came with a screw (apparently to secure the battery), a plastic spudger, and a Phillips screw driver for the included screw. The screw, however, was too thin and I could not use it as wished. Had to find another screw. The battery, however, worked fine and the BIOS reports it as in excellent shape. Pleased with the deal. AA++.

The plastic packaging had broken in transit, probably due to cold temperature in the region. Small parts had snapped off the battery to be able to secure it to laptop. I was still able to install in my laptop. It did power up. I am currently charging battery. This is probably a dropship arrangement, so, I can't blame Seller on how item was boxed up to ship.

The dispatch time was great, sent immediately however packaging was sparce, the first unit turned up with damage but after some great comms the seller sent a new unit however packaging remained the same. All in all great service and a good quality item for a decent price. I'll buy here again.
