I’d have given 5 stars, but there are two points of imperfection the manufacturer needs to look into to get the product to a 5 star level: 1.) plastic anchors - those provided did not sustain the weight of one adult bike; however, I was able to reposition the product to hit two studs. 2.) the small screws to lock the hooks to the wall mount have no holes to go into in the mount. All but one stayed in place.
