The coin had the lowest eye appeal of any PR69 DCAM ED I've ever seen due to blotchy fogging in its fields, which was not noted in the listing description or images... The seller initiated the return with eBay timeframes, but still much slower than usual... Albeit, the seller did make the refund within hours of receiving the return... The coin was not a good value for the price... This purchase wasted my time...
