    Best cats hair ball remedy

    My veterinarian orginally prescribed this. My cat had the worst hairball problem. It actually made him feverish and he wouldn't eat. After about $800 in vet fees it turned out to be a severe case of hairballs. He had large amount of blood in his stool, the is a main sign. Besides the other meds the vet recommended that for maintenance we give him this 3 days a week. He's pretty easy going with food so i just give about a half inch amount on a spoon and he licks it up. I recommended not using your finger because this stuff is extremely greasy , best with a spoon. Also make sure you get the right flavor. It comes in tuna and maple , i recommend the tuna. With this stuff and daily brushing he is now rid of those nasty hairballs.

    Bad batch???

    My cat smelled this and took off. She looks at me like I'm trying to kill her with it. Perhaps it's a bad batch??? My cat normally LOVES this stuff. It's the same brand and flavor she's consumed daily for years. It's expensive for me, so her running from this one broke my heart. It did smell different and was a lighter color. It's not expired, so I'm really not sure what the problem is, but I have to trust her. It's in the garbage now...and I'm saving up money to order it elsewhere.

    My cat has long hair and was constantly getting hairballs stuck in his throat and had constipation problems, my vet recommended laxatone, my cat is finicky and this gel like Formula makes it easy to place on his paws for consumption, my cats bowel movements are now back to normal!
