    Seller sold partially used product as new. Did not disclose that neither bottle was full. Bottles do not contain 25 ounces as described. Also sells products by price gouging, charging 3x the regular store value. This, seller stole priority shipping supplies from USPS and then concealed this by wrapping the box in eBay plastic, and did NOT send package via priority mail. This is theft and a criminal offense. This deceitful, scammer will be reported & hopefully held liable & lose eBay privileges.
