I tried working with the seller, but he wasn't having it. I sent the helmet back and now he's asking for even more money for it. Wow.Reply from: bambu- Feedback replied by seller bambu.- Feedback replied by seller bambu.Some foam came loose while in transit, which I was able to clean up in less than ten minutes. I promptly resolved the issue by sending the buyer a return label and paid refund in full. I don’t know what the problem is…I did everything I could as an honest seller. He basically wanted to keep the item plus 2/3 of the purchase price. Well that is highly unethical.

Bambu wrapped the fragrance I ordered in bubble wrap followed by a cute little Christmas wrapping paper. Not only did the fragrance get here in a timely manner it was exactly as described in the description. I couldn’t find this fragrance anywhere else, and it’s my favorite scent! Will definitely be purchasing from seller again. Really loved the attention to detail wrapping it as a Christmas gift.
