    The seller was not able to repair the device. He refused to refund/cancel the order despite the inability to fulfill the obligations of the transaction. He has since stopped replying to messages in my attempt to seek a mutually satisfactory outcome. I really regret sending my equipment to him which he still possesses and am fearful he will end up with both my equipment and money with no resolution. This has been going on 4 weeks already.

    Well, unfortunately the buyer is dishonest!He packed the amp very poorly, so it was delivered with a physical damage.I offered to get it repaired, original electrical issue as a part of the listing, so he can figure it out about physical plate damage late. Buyer refused and requested a replacement/refurbished one for the same price.I politely declined his a mutually satisfactory outcome.He got his money back and I offered his amp back if he pays for shipping. He stated about no use for it.
