I received the scooter and found things I did not predict. I am a paraplegic and since the foot base is smaller my feet kept falling off. The seat was smaller and when my legs spasmed I would slide out of the chair. This is not the fault of the chair. While trying the chair, no mechanical issues. They understood and promptly approved the return.
