I don't know who finally responded, or who took action, but several days later they sent another email that it had not been delivered but would be delivered shortly. Another several days went by and I finally received the package. Additionally, with all the "porch pirates" about (especially this time of year) the box was set prominently on the front porch, instead of on the carport by the back door.
