It was packed well & in good condition upon receipt, only 2 small chips on the frame; otherwise frame and wheels are in great condition, we like the color. It accommodates my tall husband who is 6'2" and 225#. We were able to adjust the foot rests to accommodate his height. He says it is comfortable. I am 5'2" and 100#. I am able to fold and lift it into our car. Worth the price.
