    I paid in full the day I purchased this and had to wait two weeks is unacceptable. When I asked the seller if the item was shipped in a message, his response was he thought he had sent it, but tracking proves that to be false. He offered me an identical duplicate set but only if I received two that I return one set to him apparently at my own cost. If this is how this seller does business, then I will not be dealing with them again. May 6th one of “two” has shown up.

    Dear TawnyChevy: My apologies if you didn't receive your item right away. We sent you an identical 2nd set at no additional cost which you did receive quickly. If you don't think that's good customer service & you think that you should be able to keep both the 1st & replacement sets & if you believe that giving us a negative feedback for that then you should never buy from us again. So you've been banned from making future purchases & I'd recommend other sellers take heed and do the same!
