    Stainblocker and odor eliminator properties - Works!

    Does it do what it says it does? Yes Did the soiled smell we were trying to rid ourselves of disappear? Yes Would I do it again? Yes Is it a cure all? No But that's the only negative.

    Works like magic! We had water damage on our ceiling and this covered it perfectly. Goes on very white but dries to the color of the ceiling. Highly recommend for any type of water damage.
