This seller did everything possible to get me the part I NEED. He refunded my purchase very quickly and communicated with me thru out the whole process.     BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This seller "accidentally" sent the wrong items and when I requested to have the correct items sent they said that I would have to reorder and told me that they had the items in stock. Using their link to reorder I found the price was 5 TIMES the original cost. After many emails back and forth it was finally exposed that there was a error on their part in the listing. I always believed that vendors were supposed to honor their pricing. No other compromise was offered.

    AVOID THIS SELLER! Item was listed as "refrigerator door bin", I received a freezer door bin, which is narrower. I informed the seller and even sent them links to the manufacturer's web site proving their listing was incorrect, and was told that their supplier told them it was a refrigerator door bin. They said I could return it, but they didn't offer to pay the shipping. The shipping cost more than the item so it wasn't worth it. I'll buy it on Amazon where they have better sellers.

    Great product, well worth it.

    Got to me next day which was a surprise. Assembly instructions were good and fit was mostly good. Slight misalignment on a couple of crossbar holes but easy to deal with. Got 150 # of kayak on it and after a long trip all was great. I opted to use the body mount option at the rear instead of the frame mount which wouldn't fit around my after market bumpers. Paint was good ss well as the packaging.
