I waited for this item that had a 1 week late delivery and the light was broken. Item was not packed well, Flopping around in an oversized box with bubble wrap on two ends no foam. Wish they would pack it like TopDogsellers. Gonna have to order for them. They did provide a Refund.

However, my negative review is solely based on the way seller handled it. Poor responses. Terrible quality of customer service. "Sorry it was mis-manufactured, please open a return on eBay. (we pay for the shipping) Have a great day..." Personally feel like more could have been done to rectify this better. Like shipping out a new one while I shipped the old one back.
