    Excellent Taste

    Tastes similar to what my mother made seventy years ago. I make it by the half gallon, which takes about 24 hours. Does not have the same texture as commercial Kefir, but that is no problem. I am encouraged to do some experimentation using recipes available on the Internet. I use a pint of half and half, am whole milk to add up to a half gallon. I started with two packs of starter.

    I am neutral about it

    Sorry to say i do not recommended FOR ME, because I did not think the product will be powder. I though will be like cottage cheese in shape. I used one little bag on juice with instructions, it did not work well. I will not give you negative feedback, because it may work great with others. Thank you
