    Works, but light duty.

    This is what it looks like. Works well. However, the flat metal base which screws to the wall/ceiling and the attached cupped metal base which the glass globe screws into and the cage clamps on the outside of, are pretty thin and flimsy. If you bump the cage or globe after it's installed, the base will easily bend and leave the globe/cage/bulb lopsided.
